This organization, relying on statutory laws, including the Administrative Violations Investigation Act, the Islamic Penal Code, and the Administrative System Health Promotion Act, seeks to prevent violations by identifying factors influencing the occurrence of administrative offenses and enhancing transparency within the administrative system. Article 576 of the Islamic Penal Code, which addresses the abuse of administrative positions, is one of the key legal tools used by this organization to address violations and promote administrative integrity. This article aims to analyze the role of the GIO in preventing government employees' violations, examining its operational processes, challenges, and strategies for improving its performance. The findings indicate that inter-institutional cooperation, employee training and awareness, and the use of supervisory technologies can contribute to reducing administrative violations and strengthening public trust in the administrative system. Moreover, reforming supervisory structures and enforcing laws more rigorously are crucial steps toward enhancing the integrity of the administrative system.</p> https://www.jlsda.com/index.php/lsda/article/download/76/128
